How do I apply?
If you choose to apply on-line, we will post to you a hard copy of the application and request your prefererred payment method.
We will send this information to you with postage paid return envelope.
IRD require us to gain a hand written signature and a copy of youyr photo ID before we can commence processing your application
Other methods to send your form
Alternatively, you can print complete the Word application form by post or scan & e-mail it to us and this will speed up the processing time so you will get your refund faster.
